What happens when you try random acts of marketing… hoping that one of them *might* bring in new clients for your fitness business?
It’s 5:30 a.m. Are you going to train your first client of the day? Or is there something else you’d rather do?
You wouldn’t follow a crowd off a cliff, would you? Of course not. But if you follow too closely what other businesses are doing, charging what they charge, and package your services the way they package them, that’s what you’re doing.
Are you willing to walk through the fire? Sometimes, if your fitness business is stuck, “through the fire” is the only way to get it growing again.
Cognitive psychologists will tell you that your ability to remain motivated depends a lot on who surrounds you. Get happy, positive people around you and you’re good. Get a bunch of excuse-makers around you, and you’ll either change them or (more likely) they’ll change you.
